Friendly, patient staff. They smile, answer questions. They do not act put out like is so common nowadays. The doc was great. Doc did a thorough exam, answered questions, explained everything, made detailed comments.
This particular store in Fairfax has great associates who show genuine care. My associate helped me tremendously. I visited this store after experiencing disappointing service at the Richmond Hwy store and I’m so glad to make my purchase at the FFx store.
We were greeted friendly and had appointments ( husband and wife) within 10 minutes. We chose our glass frames while we waited for the eye exam. The doctor had online copies of our last exam in a different state, even. She check and rechecked our vision to insure accuracy.
The staff were able to use the info from our previous glass order and the new prescription to order us new glasses. They were cheaper this year ($100+). Very please. We will use them again.
