Echoing other comments here, be really wary of how this business operates with times and appointments. They claimed I missed an appointment EIGHT MONTHS ago, and when I came in today, they had JUST canceled the appointment. Like, it was not even on the books haha. And then they demanded that I pay the ENTIRE cost of the “missed” appointment before I rescheduled today’s appointment. You heard me – – $220 for missing an appointment at a self-described “luxury” spa. Okay…..goodbye.

I had a lovely experience at The Retreat! I booked an All is Calm facial with Chau and was very happy with the experience. Chau was knowledgeable about my skin’s needs and relaxing in her care, which was just what I wanted. I’m excited to book more services here soon!

I been with retreat spa so many year. I use to have very dry skin so bad . Special Corey is wonderful women did body mud wrap and sugar scrubs. All my friends see ask what happens to my skin look so nice . I told all my friend. And I am glad found this place . And when you come staff at front desk great Clint very nice and smile like professional. I feel like this is second house for me to keep warm and cozy . 😊

I cannot rave enough about The Retreat. It truly feels like a sanctuary here. Everyone is so nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Chau is the only person I will ever get a facial from. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gentle touch. She has helped me get to know my skin and learn how to take care of it. Every massage I have gotten has been perfect. I am always looking forward to my next appointment.

I had an amazing experience! Jade did my facial and was very thorough. She took the time to ask about my skin concerns so she could tailor the facial to my needs and even talked with me about a regimen for future visits. My face is glowing, and the massage that comes with the facial was so relaxing!
The spa itself smelled amazing, was very clean, and had the perfect calming ambiance. I definitely recommend this place and booking with Jade! ✨
