Excellent service! Highly recommend. We had a lot of stuff and hired these guys after being ditched by another company. They took us on on a very short notice and took care of everything!
This is our 3rd time using Swift & Gentle since moving to the DC area over 6 years ago. Ranga and team were wonderful - responsive, professional, and on time. During the move, the only piece of missing furniture was a small step stool, and the company reimbursed me for it. Thank you!
I have relocated for the duration of the pandemic, and so I had to do a "remote move" where the company would come in, pack my belongings, and move them into storage, all while I was away at a different location. Needless to say, this was a very stressful situation, and it was handled by Swift & Gentle with the utmost professionalism and care. A rep for the company came and did a walk-through of the apartment and the items (I arranged with building management to let them in), and then, on the day of the move, I got photos documenting the apartment and the items before, during, and after the move.
