Ricardo and his colleague arrived on time, explained everything, worked hard, and did a great job. They even added in two additional area rugs that were not originally in the scope of work. Very pleased with their service and will certainly use them again.

We had Ricardo in to do our living room and stairway carpets today and they look incredible! He was prompt, friendly, and the carpets look way better than I expected they could (they had some major stains from our toddler). Highly recommend!

R&R carpet cleaning arrived on time, were quick, but thorough, and did a great job. I gave four stars only because I thought the price was a little high, but maybe I'm out of touch as it's been a while since I've had the carpets cleaned. But I am happy with the results and, in fact, I'll be contacting them again soon to get upholstery cleaned.
