Two years ago, I had a very disappointing customer experience with OVME. But new management and staff encouraged me to try again. This time, I met Emily T, and let me tell you, she's a game-changer!Emily patiently listened to my skin concerns and explained every treatment option like I was a friend, not a patient. She's warm, informative, and made me feel totally validated both in my past OVME experience and in my quest for healthy, balanced skin. I had a hydrafacial express for the first time and my skin has been perfect and smooth for days. My provider Emily was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough job. My skin feels reset and refreshed. I was worried about potential redness or breaking out but I had very minimal redness that went away in a day, and I didn't break out at all. I will be back!

Generally the team is good. Would not go to Esther for Botox - she had a very heavy hand and not a super accommodating/understanding demeanor even when I voiced concern about the number of units she wanted to put in
