I had a very negative experience with Andrew Lindsay. When we initially scheduled a call for 9:00 AM, I received the call at 9:10 AM, which is already late. I did not see the call come in at that moment and assumed he was no longer calling, especially since 9:00 AM does not mean 9:10 AM.
I later called Andrew Lindsay back around 4:00 PM once I was off work and had the opportunity to return the call. Instead of being understanding, he immediately started the conversation in a rude and dismissive tone, opening with “that was around 9 AM,” as if the situation was entirely my fault.
Overall, Andrew Lindsay was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not punctual. Basic courtesy and respect are essential qualities in an attorney, and unfortunately, this interaction showed neither. I would not recommend him based on this experience.
