I had such an amazing first session with Joanna and I'm really excited to go for my second session next week. I'd been having a lot of back/neck pain and stiffness and I'd tried everything from massage to posture correction to new pillows to way too much Tylenol and nothing was working. I finally decided to try acupuncture after comments from my friends. I have been going to Dr. Joanna for several months now and have noticed a big improvement in my well being. I had been getting terrible cramps in my neck, which have subsided along with a lot of tension in my shoulders. An added benefit is that I am not always cold like I have been for 50+ years. I get the cupping, acupuncture and acupressure combo. Her assistant, Amy, is very good also.
