APS Services has been cleaning our 4 story townhome in Leesburg since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. They have always arrived promptly, cleaned everything extremely thoroughly and I trust them without reservation. I highly recommend Patty and her wonderful crew. I paid for a deep cleaning and was sent one person for 3 hours who was not able to do deep cleaning when I was told a crew would be sent. After 3 hours and several complaints 3 people were sent for an hour who just vacuumed. This was a move in cleaning without any furniture and absolutely nothing was done. The bathrooms, the kitchen everything was left undone and I had to end up cleaning everything myself including the fridge, stove, cabinets and mostly all surfaces. I was explicit in asking whether disinfection services would be provided as part of the deep clean. Most surfaces weren't even wiped let alone a deep cleaning! I was left with a 600 dollar plumber bill from one of the cleaners attempting to take out a ladder from my utility closet and damaging a water pipe! If I hadn't addressed it quickly the leak could have led to flooding.Service: Deep clean
