Dr. Balasa is one of the most caring Doctor's I have ever met. I am seeing her for pain in my left hip and leg pain caused by a torn ligament in my lower back from a car accident. I have literally walked into the office for an appointment in excruciating pain and limping. She works on me for an hour pulling, stretching, massaging trigger points. When I leave I feel relaxed, and have less pain. She is teaching me stretching techniques to do when I am heating food in the microwave, or just watching TV. She is truly amazing.

I've gone to Fitness and Rehabilitation for 2 problems: last year for shoulder pain due to inoperable rotator cuff damage, and just recently following arthroscopic surgery for torn meniscus in knee. Both times I saw marked improvement during the 4 week course of treatment. Oana is a fantastic therapist. She listens, she educates and she works miracles with her hands-on treatment. Both times I regained strength and mobility and the pain is under control. She's a remarkable, caring human being. I've been to other PTs, and they don't come close. I highly recommend her without reservation.

Best Chipractor/Physical Rehab Doctor I have been too, Dr. Oana doesn't just pop your back and send you on your way, she teaches you workouts that strengthen the issue area and how to not cause the issue in the first place.She analyzes every aspect of my day to day life/work life habits and then tells me what I need to change.Great clean office with awesome staff! Never waited more than 2-3 mins for my office visits.
