Sent my documents electronically, she filled out all the forms and then came to me to review the forms with me and get my signature. I'm a comparison shopper until I find the best. I haven't looked elsewhere since I found Leslie.

Leslie is so friendly and will make the process pretty easy and the good part she will answer all your questions and make sure that you left HAPPY. I highly recommend her to do your tax with her. Terrible! I met with Leslie who assured me she would handle my tax issues for me and in a timely manner, but her carelessness actually put me into a worse situation than I was in before I met with her. I never once received regularly updates from her, in fact, I only ever got a update if I asked for one. Weeks would go by without any update or progress report of where she was at in the process. I eventually called the IRS myself and was told NOTHING had be done with my account and this was 4 months after I hired AND PAID her. She took nearly $400 from me without doing any work and has refused to contact me since. I trusted her with an extremely important tax matter and she did nothing but take my money and go radio silent. I highly recommend steering clear of Leslie Ghonheim for any accounting services!!! Do it yourself before you hire her. Worst customer service ever and you will leave disappointed!
