    I have had mostly positive experiences with the Fairfax office. I have only been to the Alexandria office once. Didn't care for the darkly lit office. I have had the best care from Dr Atiyeh, Dr. Long, and Dr. Milan. Dr. Osario was pleasant and gentle. I did not care for Dr. Estabrook, but she did not do anything wrong she just seemed rather uncollaborative and dry. They will let you space vaccinations as long as you are informed, and they do a decent job of educating you on timelines. Please understand that the knowledge of vaccinations by any physician is limited to what the drug reps allow them to know.     We've been taking our little ones to CMA (now ages 4, 2, and 7 months, and we've had pleasant experiences every time. The front desk staff is friendly, the providers take their time to listen to your issues and come up solutions that work for your family, and the nursing line is very good at calming concerned parents. My wife is a pediatric nurse, so she is our front line, but when something is outside of our scope, we feel comfortable talking to their triage line.     Continuously impressed by the professionalism of the doctors and staff at CMA. While occasionally the hold time to make an appointment in the morning could be slightly shorter, I’ll happily wait to be able to receive the quality care we get from CMA.
