K&L was sent by Choice Home Warranty after my AC went out. Tech was early for appointment and quickly pinpointed the problem. The tech worked with me through all the challenges I had getting the warranty company to do their jobs. I was beyond frustrated with the challenges but the tech communicated with me and came to my house several times until my unit was finally replaced.Service: HVAC system maintenance
