im extremely disappointed with the service i received. first of all this place is extremely unprofessional & not to mention, the two employees by the names of “cathy” & “chelsea” were overheard by ME just absolutely talking down on me & my dog, saying how i dont take care of my dog & how hes an “ugly mutt”. as if i was completely invisible?!?!? as if i couldn’t hear everything they were saying?!? my feelings were beyond hurt & i dont see myself ever showing my face in that disgusting place again.

We recently switched to the vets office on a friend's recommendation. I could not be more pleased with the high level of service and compassion demonstrated by every employee here. Recently I needed to bring my dog in for an emergency and had just had major surgery myself. Both the vet tech and Dr came out to my vehicle to spare me from having to maneuver my 100 pound GSD in and out of the office. That level of compassion is what sets this office apart from others. Thank you so very much.

Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. If you’re worried about your pet and looking to make an appointment here, it’s the wrong place to go. I was hung up on trying to make an appointment for my pet and greeted with terrible customer service skills. As someone who works in customer service, I know how tiring it can get, however I still treat everyone with kindness. Receptionist is in the wrong field and should not be talking with the public.

I took my older dog. They were super with her and nice to me. They determined her issues and I was able to get an antibiotic. She is noticeably better!

Dr Shelton and staff are absolutely amazing. You can tell they love what they do. They care about fur babies and families. Dr Shelton was so compassionate when we had to let our Abbey girl cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Shelton was up front, honest and straight to the point. We are forever thankful to be able to be with our Abbey when she crossed.

A friend recommended this office to us a couple years ago. We were very happy with the care our cats received. They have late and weekend hours as well. This year our 19 year old cat's health declined and we made the decision to have her put down, I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate everyone was from the front desk, the assistant to Dr Faust. They were very comforting during a difficult time. I highly recommend them.
