Had a roof replacement done last Fall by Modern Day. The process was easy. Great consultation with leadership to explain our options and help us make a good choice. The work was done expertly a few weeks after we signed the agreement. The roof looks great and quality is top notch. I highly recommend you consider this company - sometimes you get what you pay for and I very much feel that way in this case. MDR did a wonderful job handling my roof replacement after a tree caused some major damage. The team was quick to get out to survey the damage and get a plan together. Once the insurance issues were worked out, they had my roof off and replaced in less than 12 hours. Karman, in the office, was great to correspond with regarding the paperwork and insurance processes. Great experience all-around!
