My son has been experiencing post viral auto-immune disorder symptoms and his neurologist sent CenterWell a prescription/referral for physical therapy. Unfortunately, my insurance would not pay for home health services but Amanda has been assisting us for weeks to find someone reputable, who takes our insurance, and is located close to Va Tech so my son can take a bus to the appointments. She is doing all of this despite the fact that she will receive no compensation and is not liable for his care. I am very appreciative of her caring generosity and I want others to know. If Amanda is this way with someone who is not a patient, just think how kind and helpful she will be if you are.“
