I requested a 2024 with 12,000 miles on it to be cleaned inside and out.To look brand new with out using armoral. As I'm allergic to it. I dropped off my truck at 9:30am with pickup at 4pm. Charge was to be $285. Ended up paying $260. Truck wasn't clean when I arrived. They didn't vacuum under the mats nor the back seat protector. Pockets in the door and dash had not been vacuumed not washed. I pointed that out to the workers and owners son. I waited another 45 minutes for them to clean. Still Pockets are dirty. Truck bed wasn't washed out. I hauled 4 bales of wheat straw in it. And they couldn't clean it. Never even sprayed the truck bed. The owner and I went over the dirty truck issues. I asked if he was proud of his job and I was disappointed. He said with new vehicles you have to remove door panels and all seats to clean them thoroughly and that's a 2 day job starting rate is $800. I hauled 3 jack Russell dogs to north Carolina for a friend which put dog hair in the back. However I did have a weather tech back seat cover over the seat. I told the owner how disappointed I was as I thought he was a professional. He said I'll take $260 for today job and if I wanted the windows cleaned inside and out detail doors it will cost $800 and I can leave it with them for 2 days. My truck is less than a year old . They removed most of the dog hair washed and waxed the outside. I have shiny tires. They used armoral which I will have to have someone wash off because I'm allergic. Bottom line as I told the owner I will never use their service again. I don't have photos. I wish I had my phone with me. But I left it with the person I rode with.

They do amazing work! My car looked brand new. Wish I had before pictures. It was filthy inside and out. Now I want to get my other one detailed!!

DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!I hired Mr. Dow to clean every nook and craney in a newly purchased home in September 2022 for $950.00 and was willing to pay this amount thinking he was going to clean the house. The first day he arrived I stupidly paid in full thinking he was a man of his word. In fact I even hired him to paint some of the rooms. (We will get into that later) He did such a HORRIBLE job I had to hire someone else to actually get the job done. That was after I brought MANY areas he hadn't even touched to his attention and claimed he had cleaned it all over again.I highly recommend you NOT hire him for painting either unless you like to have the job poorly done and have paint on your hardwood floors and many other places left with paint on them. He will kindly give you something to clean it up with.However he DOES do a great job on vehicles.

Mr. Dow and Mr. Jerry made my car, which has been through a lot of dirt, look brand new again! They also worked with me to make sure I could pick it up when I needed, which was much appreciated. His price was incredibly reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with. I certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an auto detail!!

Mr. Dow and Mr. Jerry did an AMAZING job on my car. I brought them a filthy car coated in dirt and dog hair, they gave it back to me sparkling clean. Great price, ready for pick up when I needed, 5 �
