Today was my first experience with this veterinary hospital. I arrived early and was greeted kindly. The visit itself was smooth and they took great care of my fur babies. Unfortunately, they do not accept care credit as a form of payment… As a young adult with 4 animals.. that is something that is a huge need for me when choosing vet clinics (I should have asked on the phone before scheduling). This is not their fault of course but just sad that I will probably look elsewhere due to this. If you do not have the need to use CareCredit for these visits, I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Mason is an excellent vet. She has cared for my cats for the last four or five years; even my feral female stays calm without being sedated while being treated by Dr. Mason. The office staff and vet techs are also excellent, very friendly, helpful, while also being very professional. I highly recommend Whiskers and Wags Animal Hospital.
They really care about your pet. We had an exotic animal, a guinea pig, and they took very good care of him. So glad that we found this place. If you're looking for a vet, this place is it!
