We had wonderful services when we’ve taken our cat to see Dr. Mason due to an upper respiratory infection. We were able to get an appointment quickly to see Dr. Mason and she was able to quickly recognize what the issue was and prescribed the medication to administer Binx. Unfortunately, as Binx is an outdoor cat (daughters have allergies) it did take him longer to get over the infection, but Dr. Mason and her staff were very helpful and kind when we had to bring him in for a second time. Dr. Mason didn’t run any unnecessary tests and treated Binx very conservatively. Overall experience was exceptional!
The visit was Deacon first at Whispers and Wags and it went very well. The service was very informative and Chesterfield and vet was very patience and kind. Deacon is a Shepsky and has very bad separation and anxiety issues, but he did really well. I look forward to working with this animal clinic for all of Deacon needs.
Dr Mason and her staff are absolutely amazing! Brought my senior cat over from another vet who I was not happy with and Dr Mason did not disappoint! She thoroughly examined him suggested the tests that she would like to administer I approved and she prescribed supplements and special kidney food after finding out his kidney function wasn’t great . She also advised how to care for his ailment and he has improved ! Grateful for Dr. Mason and her staff extremely knowledgeable and caring!
