I had the BEST experience at Chester Road Family Dental today. After having a horrible appointment somewhere else (Aspen Dental), this team completely changed my entire outlook on dental care. From the moment I walked in, every single person was kind, gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly. Only dentist in the area that seems to take DMO insurance. On top of that, the staff is so nice and friendly and the place is so clean and smells nice. I'm going to bring my kids here and see how they do with kids but I'm happy. Edit: they do not take DMO insurance, took a couple of visits for them to correct themselves. Still rating 5 stars cause everything else about this place is nice, if they take your insurance then it's a good dentist to go to

They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect.
