Before starting this review, I have to apologize to Mr. Gleaton. He and his team finished a complete renovation of our 3900 sqft home two years ago and I forgot to thank him with a review. I’m sorry Daniel, it just completely slipped my mind to do so. Hopefully, the following will help make up for my oversight. In May 2021 my wife and I found a two-story colonial home in the Algonquin Park neighborhood of Norfolk on the banks of the Lafayette River. I recently completed a remodel project for the kitchen (new flooring, fantastic backsplash and quartz counter top) and a new primary bath custom vanity. He gave me a detailed estimate up front and all of the various trades involved with the project did excellent work. The job came in on budget and on time and I couldn't be happier.  Daniel was always easy to communicate with and he kept me informed along the way. He takes great pride in his work and ensures the customer receives the highest quality. I highly recommend Gleaton Construction for your next project.

After a Christmas Day sprinkler pipe burst and flooded my entire condo I needed a complete redo. All floors , kitchen , walls, ceiling, paint etc.I was overwhelmed. Daniel was kind, knowledgeable, true to his word in every aspect.He was reassuring with insurance navigating and supportive throughout. Although it took longer than I would have liked he left me with a new home that beautiful.
