I have learned so much from Michelle in her online Building Blocks class (and for my new baby with the peds portion from Emily!); I started the class 1 week post-partum and felt very supported, both with knowledge of how to safely recovery early on from a c-section, and also empowered through individual exercises that were safe for me at my specific point in my healing journey. I took Michelle’s class pre-baby and I left feeling very prepared to take on labor. Michelle’s knowledge of different positions to help with labor and explanation of how the labor process works helped me feel ready. Before the class, I didn’t know there were things I could be doing before hand to help my body prepare for labor such as stretches and hip openers. I appreciate how much she advocates for women’s health and teaches you to advocate for yourself during the labor/birthing process as well!
