Terence came by to provide a quote for a new heat pump, and was very personal and professional. He shared all of the details with me, answered my many questions, and offered options that fit my needs. I did not feel rushed ever, which made the process even better.

My husband and I recently bought our first home in July and definitely wanted to get a lot of the plumbing updated. The Otter Guys quickly came out and gave us estimate on the cost and broke it all down for us to understand. I definitely recommend them to anyone that had questions or concerns with plumbing!

I would highly recommend The Otter Guys. Late yesterday afternoon we had tried to open the water valve to the house and it failed with water spurting out. We did get the water mostly shut off at the road but were in a tizzy! I called the Otter Guys and Stephanie was awesome trying to get someone to come after hours. Jason was our technician, professional and knowledgeable. We are both in our mid 70’s and he made sure everything was fixed. We will use The Otter Guys from now on for our plumbing needs!
