I recently had two very large River Birches and a big Crape Myrtle trimmed on my property by DaveyTrees Chantilly and they did an outstanding job. My initial encounter on the project was with Zach, a Davey Tree arborist, who patiently answered all my questions regarding the project and alleviated any concerns I had. On 11 December 2025, a Davey Tree crew trimmed the Creighton Myrtle next to my house so the limbs would not hit the house and for the health of the tree. I was pleased to see they did not cut the tree in half, but intelligently trimmed selected branches. The crew also pruned a red bud so its leaves could get more sun, and some limbs from a neighbors tree that had grown over our property line blocking light from my nellie stevens hollies. The crew was polite, personable, and professional. Davey Tree who I have used extensively for 30-years, is highly recommended!!
