We are thrilled with the high quality work Moss completed at our home. Our end product was exactly what we had hoped for. Our project manager, Bob, was fantastic to work with and was so responsive to all of our needs. His attention to detail was spot on and he made sure everything was right up until the end. Kristen, our designer, was also fantastic and was so helpful in the design process. I attribute the beauty of our end result to her help and guidance during the early stages of design. We signed on for a second project with Moss, specifically with Bob and Kristen, before our first was complete.
Moss has been my go to construction firm for all my remodels in our past and current home.The whole process from estimate to design to execution is very seamless. The estimators I have worked with have been very understanding of my projects. We have done bathroom/ kitchen and most recently basement remodeling.I have worked with Kristen on the last few designs and have been very happy. She is very receptive of what I am hoping to achieve and is very creative with her designs. Moss has been FANTASTIC to work with. They built a large addition onto my home, and they did an excellent job. The project was particularly complex, and was closer to a whole house build. We had very few if any issues that came up, and everytime something did they were an amazing partner to work with and find the right solutions. Their craftsmanship and workers are top notch. I was incredibly impressed with how well they managed the projects schedule, and kept things running.
