Did not have a good experience with this company. Sent flowers to a close friend in Brazil, which included a vase, bear, and chocolates. When they delivered it, it was missing the vase which was a big part of the presentation of the order. The florist in Brazil said they were not told about a vase. I contacted Cyber-Florist and been lied too multiple times. Ones, they said they had to order it, and it would be delivered the next day. It was not, I asked again, they said they attempted and no one was home (which isn't true), and then next, they said attempted again, no one was home and left with neighbor. Yes, Cyber-Florist can send flowers and novelties into Russia for those of us outside the country, but what really makes these folks special is that they also do Custom Orders. In the picture attached you will see a laptop I had them order and deliver for me to be delivered in Russia and now they are doing the same with a very specific mobile phone. There does not seem to be anything that they can't have delivered even during this time of uncertainty in the world. Well done Cyber-Florist!! Well Done and Blessings...
Amazing place! Very communicative at all hours of the day and get things done that you wouldn't imagine they could. Extremely happy with their service in the highly recommend them.
