I had a great experience at the centreville urgent care for my physical examination for immigrant need. They are experienced and helpful. Identify what vaccines are needed to take and what test is needed, and provide advice where to get them. Especially the front desk Michelle is so nice and helpful! Her words made me calm down immediately when I was stuck in the heavy traffic, might be late some time, trying to catch up the appointment. Also, she helped track my blood test report back. I brought my wife into Urgent Care because I had attempted to clean her ear with a Q-tip and she felt that she couldn’t hear and her ear got plugged. I brought her into another Urgent Care and the staff poured hydrogen peroxide in her ear and attempted to flush her ear with cold saline solution. Not helpful and didn’t result in clearing her ear. Then the staff said that they don’t see any ear wax. We returned home and my wife continued to experience minor pain and difficulty hearing. I then brought her here to seek relief.
