We realized too late that our winter cover had not been ordered. We reached out to Swim Gem and they contacted me immediately. The representative came the very next day to measure. Seamless process and very satisfied with the result!

They did not drop the ball as did the company that I will not mention. The professionals that came out to the house today did a thorough job in closing our pool. The last two companies we used did not drain our pool down to a certain level, did not blow out or lines and did not plug the lines for our fountains. We had no idea this was suppose to happen until Swim Gem came out to close our pool. We will be using Swim Gem as our regular pool service company. The communication prior was also 5 Stars! I was even able to schedule our pool opening for 2021.

We are very pleased with Swim Gem. We had a pool closing with another company (scheduled at the time we opened our pool) and they dropped the ball on our closing. So...a blessing in disguise as we came across Swim Gem. They were thorough, blew out our lines, fountain lines and plugged our fountain lines which had not been done before. They also drained some of the water out which had not been done before. Knowing this, we basically paid the other companies just to put a pool cover on and not to fully winterize our pool. Very upsetting but we are able to rest easy now knowing Swim Gem fully winterized our pool the right way. The communicate was also 5-stars leading up...read full review
