We really wanted to love this place - easy to schedule, no nonsense, and close by. Unfortunately, they recommended a test that came back inconclusive because they didn't get the sample they needed. Rather than refunding the cost because it was their fault, they recommended a biopsy quoted several hundred over other vets. Wouldn't recommend.

Went in for simple procedure what told cost and they Overcharged $300 what they said would cost. Didn't notify us and just took it upon themself to change the treatment plan without letting us know.
