Great yoga studio with great teachers. The class i attended was great even though I was a beginner. I didn't feel excluded and the teacher was able to offer alternatives to stretches that I wasn't advanced enough to try out yet. great place I will come back

First time there for the Glow in the Dark event ! The instructor was very nice and calming and also comical! The staff were very welcoming and helpful!! Although I have never taken a yoga class before she made me feel comfortable and she was fun! I enjoyed it and am looking forward to going again!

In Balance is a really special yoga studio. I’ve learned so much. There are so many different offerings, really dedicated teachers and an inclusive welcome atmosphere. Classes here have taken me to an entirely new level in my practice and inspired me to keep a life long practice.
