Hector and Lorena were courteous, professional, and efficient. They did the small touches that make a world of difference. Propping chair legs, laying curtains up, leaving ceiling fans to help dry the floor. We have multiple stair cases, and they were tackled with equal energy from the first to the last. Had a Great experience today with Hector Carpet Cleaning. Family business where it is completely evident in their thorough work how important doing a good job and meeting customer expectations is to this company. We were years overdue in cleaning and Hector got out all stains, made carpets seriously plushy and new looking. We were going to rip out our carpets. So glad we didn’t ! You get much more for your money with Hector — they move furn, throw in area rugs, they even cleaned tile in two of my bathroom back to new for a minimal amt.
