I want to enjoy living here but the water is shut off all day every day. I can’t work from home if the water is off constantly. I just moved in and they should have put me in another tier since they knew this was going to be a construction zone. To the person that replies to reviews-my number is on file. You call me.

Pamela, the receptionist at the concierge desk, is such a friendly face at the Buchanan! She’s always attentive to your needs, is always friendly and hospitable, and is very professional at her job! She even gives treats to my dog whenever she’s there! Love seeing her around!

I lived here for a year in 2008-2009. The apartment was clean and spacious. I had the master bedroom, which was comfortable. The gym was not big, but I used it every day; it was rarely used by anyone else at the same time, which was nice. The gym even had a barre. I never got to really use the pool, but it's nice to have that amenity.My roommate, Juli Kim, was a GWU college honors fraternity brother who had begged me to live with her so she could afford to live close in to DC. She was a Republican lobbyist's nanny (Dave Metzner). I agreed, because my job with DHS ICE was moving to Virginia.
