Dr. Gedamu and Associates

After waiting 45 minutes, even though I was on time for my appointment, having the front desk clerk ask me three times why I was there, and having patients who came in after me go in before me, I left. It was my third time visiting to get my contacts and glasses RX figured out. I left a note and a VM, yet have not heard back. I am out over $1000 in glasses and contacts that are the wrong RX. Avoid this practice.

Scammers. I have been wearing the same contacts for my entire adult life but suddenly I need to pay $80 more to get them fitted? Bullshit. Avoid this place at all costs.

I am writing this review mainly about the young Asian doctor in case you're thinking of making one trip for your vision needs. She gave me the wrong prescription, and after waiting to get my new lenses, neither she nor her inexperienced front desk staff could make up for prescription mistakes made by her, and what's worse? and her "lunch" hour took priority over patient care. A very unprofessional and unfriendly environment. Dr. Gedamu & Associates is hands down the worst office I have been to and there is absolutely no customer service offered.
