I've been here twice now and have had a good experience both times, and a good massage. I regularly have neck/back pain, the trigger point massage helps to loosen up my knots providing quick relief. I appreciate the clean, relaxing rooms and friendly service.

My experience was ok. The customer service her was outstanding but I was in so much pain during my massage! I kept asking her to ease up a bit but she kept going harder. I was in pain for a few days. Never going back. Again the service was amazing and the room was clean. My issue was the therapist wasn’t regularly checking in. I work at a spa and know what is expected!

First time visiting this establishment while on a little staycation. Booking was online and easy. Prices were reasonable. They took me immediately, no waiting. My massage therapist was A-MAZING! She found all my kinks and WORKED on them! I would definitely recommend this place and will go back again. The only warning I can give is if it's your first time be sure to give yourself extra time to find it because it's tucked away in a plaza courtyard.

I've been trying different types of facials and locations in NOVA and so far the hydra facial offered here was the most relaxing spa experience yet! The appointment process was very easy. The staff professional and pleasant. The room was nice and cozy. The locations a little hard to spot, but it's right outside courthouse metro so convenient to get to. The facial itself was pretty standard IMO, but what made it an extra nice spa experience was the facial massage that felt like a hot stone massage. It was so incredibly relaxing that I almost fell asleep several times. Maggie did an excellent job :) Would recommend and come back!

Courthouse Therapeutic Masssge is great. They assess your needs and have really helped me decrease pain and increase movement. I am a fairly new returning customer and will continue to return. Also, the Staff is helpful and attentive. Prices are very reasonable.

I was a little skeptical at first — this place seemed a little run down and didn’t give super chill spa vibes like I’ve had at other more high-end places. But Anna was absolutely amazing and gave me what might have been the best massage of my life. Her pressure was really firm and consistent, and she could sense the areas where I was tightest (neck and back) and spent the most time there. I opted for the hot stone add on ($20) and it was well worth it. That heat helped loosen my muscles and was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be back.

I get facials regularly, so I know what to expect and normally am not told anything I don't already know. Kaye was my aesthetician and I was highly impressed. I booked a hydrAfacial ($$$) but she took the time to review my skin and it's needs. She recommended that I get a deep clean with extractions to get rid of all the congestion and blackheads. I have been told repeatedly about the congestion on my forehead causing ongoing blackheads, but NO ONE has ever suggested a remedy. Kaye took the time to get my face crystal clean. I really appreciated her diligent work.
