An absolute disgrace. They're conveniently closed, so that when I try to cancel an appointment (two days in advance, I might add) they're unwilling to do so.They used my cancelation request email as their impetus to both cancel my appointment *and at the same time* proceed to run my card for $265.I am disgusted. I am insulted. They know that I'm an active service member, home for holiday block leave, and trying to relieve stress injury-related pain. Sometimes plans change, however, and I don't really have a say in the matter.Happy New Year to me I guess, since this company is just going to help themselves to my debit card, and in exchange, provide me with no services.They swindled an active service member because I was called to duty earlier than expected. That is truly sickening behavior. Cheating someone who serves our country *because* I serve our country, and that, therefore, makes me an easy target.I have already reported their conduct to the Better Business Bureau.Shame on them.

Reiki, I’ve had reiki done a few times by different practitioners, mostly it felt like the rest your soul needed.But with Krisstal, my reiki treatments have been a journey. I started with Krysstal last year for TMJ help. She was great she helped me immensely with my neck and jaw pain. In December she mention she was getting another worker and because of time restrainrs with school and training I may have to go with the other person. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that. When she sent email prices were going up but you can buy a package with old prices I did I bought the 10 for $1850. It was hard to get in with Krysstal when I needed it so I tried Addie. She was super nice but her technique was not like Krystal's. She didn't glide the cups like Krysstal did and solely just did upper neck and back. I was in excruciating pain a day later. Krysstal said to try Ariana next which was horrible I walked out in pain, she had her headphones in and I could hear her music the whole time, and cups kept popping off because she wasn't doing it correctly or putting too much oil. Krysstal first agreed to work with me but then said she would because no one else has complained about either girl before and my schedule in life was hard to get an appointment. She basically did not care how I felt or that their services didn't work. She credited me the $1850 which was nice but charged me for 4 cupping services when I asked her to pls ease at least credit me one back because of hearing the music and walking out in pain. She charged my card on file and didn't ask permission let me know after the fact. Very unprofessional!

I have been coming to Krisstal for several months now. She is truly wonderful. Her youthfulness fooled me at first but she is very very knowledgable and really knows her craft. This is truly therapeutic work -- way beyond relaxation -- although you feel amazing afterwards. My joint stiffness, back issues, and the tight myofascia in my hips have all improved greatly under her care. I stopped going temporarily and regretted it right away. Now I make sure I'm booked for my next session before I walk out the door!

I have been going to Krisstal for a few months now! So glad I found her relatively quickly after my move from California. Her massage therapy has really helped with shoulder and neck tension, as well as an issue I have with my hip. Highly recommend her.

Krisstal is a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. Neuromuscular cupping is an intense form of bodywork but I have experienced consistent relief from chronic neck, jaw, and upper back pain lasting 1-2 weeks after each treatment with Krisstal. Highly recommend Arlington Therapeutic Massage!

Krisstal is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented massage therapist. One of her specialties is neuromuscular cupping and it has brought me so much relief. I have lots of back and hip issues that we have been working through- no other practitioner in 10 years has been able to relieve. On top of that, I was in a bike crash and ruptured my ACL. Krisstal has used cupping and other therapies which has increased recovery and provided so much pain relief through a multimodal approach.

Krisstal is fantastic. I've been going to her regularly for two years and she has really helped alleviate the pain I was having in my neck and upper back. She's pleasant, takes time to understand your needs and is quick to offer custom solutions that target your specific issues. I love that she's always working to hone her practice--and I benefit from that! Her massages are well worth the money, I can't recommend her enough.
