My friend recommended Dr Chen and Dr Wei. I came in with tight shoulders, neck and back due to my frozen shoulder. The Alexandria office is located on the ground level of an apartment building. Dr Wei and Dr Chen used cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy. They are very skilled and experienced and I barely felt pain during the treatment. They made sure I was comfortable by asking how I was feeling... if I was hurting or uncomfortable. Dr Chen suggested arm exercises to help healing of the frozen shoulder. I've been going there since 2017 or 18. That should be enough to compliment the work that's done. Only few times I might had tough experience in not being heard to get help in the room, being uncomfortable with the position I am laying in or a needle that's irritating.
Only things that would help is to have frequent checks on the patient to ensure they are comfortable.
