We've been using Raven for about 2 years, and I am incredibly impressed with their service and the effectiveness of their products. Joe is incredibly responsive and impressively knowledgeable. We've had quarterly sprays and rodent control as well as mosquito spraying for almost two years. They've come into the house to spray if any issues pop up, and Joe dealt with a wasp nest that had just been built. I'm not sure how to spell her name, but his office person who handles appointments and billing is so friendly and joyful sounding! I'd love to meet in her person some time, because she seems like a fun personality.

I am blown away by how terrific this company is. I had a bug concern and the owner’s son was able to quickly receive a picture and help allay my concerns and talked me through possibilities for 10+ minutes all by phone all without being a customer! I will definitely be in the future. Thanks!

What a friendly and affordable company! They were "short staffed" so the owner actually came out to do our spray. Now that is called customer service. He went over what he found and explained what would happen. Very pleased with this service and will use them again!Services: General pest inspection
