We cannot express enough gratitude for Douglas and the entire team at Northern Virginia Burial & Cremation Society. During one of the most challenging times in our lives, Douglas was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us meet our tight burial schedule to honor the auspicious date (吉日) for our loved one.
Douglas demonstrated remarkable patience, kindness, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He understood the cultural significancs and worked diligently to ensure everything was arranged properly and on schedule. We are so thankful to the staff and Michael Turch for being so helpful, respectful and kind during this trying time of our beloved mother's passing.
Michael was very helpful and kept us updated on the proceedings. Since we had to transfer the ashes internationally, he was able to in record time and get the paperwork we needed to apostille the certificate to be able to make the transfer. A welcome relief for us that we fid not have to worry about documents during this sorrowful period.
I would recomend Northern Virginia Burial and Cremation Society anytime.

We just lost our dear Mother and Michael Turch was very caring and helped us throughout the cremation process .
He always responded to our calls and helped us in obtaining everything we requested .
