I had a very good experience with the Cremation Society. The employees were very friendly and professional. Everyone I met at the entrance always smiled and were very helpful directing me to the person(s) who I came to see. The staff members who I worked with directly were also friendly, helpful, and very attentive to all the details of the client's wishes, interest, needs, and business. When the Death Certificate needed to be amended, they were very helpful and the return processing time was expedient. I was very satisfied with their professionalism
If you have lost a loved one, are pretty grief stricken and don't know where to turn, my strong recommendation is to contact the Northern Virginia & Cremation Society. Caitlin was kind, patient and extremely helpful as she walked me through a number of steps I had to consider. I was looking for some quick advice during the Christmas holiday season and she was extremely accommodating. I can't thank the Society enough for having such a wonderful person on its staff.
So kind, so professional. Helped us and held our hand through every step, and ours was a somewhat complicated case. Made everything as easy on us as possible.
