Maria's team did a great job, the service requested was a deep cleaning for my mom's place and they left it looking great. There was so much dust and they really did a good job with baseboards, bookshelves and on top of the fridge. Value was on par with other quotes we received. She was able to do the job within the date I requested and very easy to schedule.
Responsive, thorough, and high quality services. We do not have regularly scheduled cleanings, but they are very accommodating for occasional deeper cleans if that's what you need. Everyone is professional and we have been extremely pleased with this service. We will be reaching out again whenever needed.
We used JEMS for our move out cleaning in DC in June of 2023 and they did a fantastic job. The 3 ladies were a little late but that was communicated ahead of time. They left the place sparkling and followed all of our instructions beautifully. The pricing was also reasonable! I would definitely recommend this company for any cleaning needs.
