We've used Hadeed for 20 years so when we had a kitchen sink overflow, they were my first call. Our rugs were covered with black bio slime including black footprints from the cleanup. All our rugs were picked up 9 am the next day and fully restored. The best part is that their cheerful crew lay the rugs and pads back down so quickly and expertly. Excellent customer service, show up on time, and are easy to deal with. They always call with an estimate and a photo of the rug before they treat it. Hadeed recently cleaned 3 oriental and 1 contemporary rugs for us and did an excellent job at a fair price. Arranging pickups and deliveries was very easy -- they provided an estimated time window, then called 10-20 minutes before arrival. The team that removes and reinstalls the rugs were efficient and courteous. Would not hesitate to use Hadeed again.

We had a terrific experience with Hadeed Carpet Cleaning! We dropped off our rugs at the Alexandria location after a bad experience with another rug cleaner in the area. Hadeed made our rugs look brand new. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. You might find cheaper cleaners, but you won’t find better!
