I have had my car detailed a couple times and they have all been fine but this time was different. Right from the moment I emailed Classic Auto Detailers, I knew I would be getting a different and better experience. They responded quickly but very friendly. When Daniel texted that he would be at my house in 10 minutes, he was. He did a great job and was just so friendly and nice. I will be returning her for my other car and going forward. Daniel was prompt, polite, and prepared. If you are hiring for a stain removal, be aware that it is a process and the tools are powerful so they are used with caution. To save yourself time and for Daniel or anyone else to be prepared you might want to point out any specific areas early in the booking and/or mark the spots with a sticky note. Overall I am very satisfied with the cleaning, scheduling, and their customer service and will definitely have the detailing service done routinely. I will also leave a blanket under my sons car-seat to help care for the car seat fabric. Thank you Classical Auto Detailers and see you again soon!
