I am fortunate to be an employee at Caribbean Pools. I enjoy working for, and alongside Paul and Matt Spina. We have an awesome crew and the company is continually thriving to be the best in the pool industry. With over 20 years experience and having worked at other pool companies in the past , I can confidently say Carribean Pool Service is one of a kind.

For 15 years I suffered through poor and inconsistent service from various pool service companies and assumed it was just the industry standard. Then I found Caribbean. They are incredibly professional, competent and pro-active in maintaining my pool and the folks in the office are delightful and engaging. Love these Guys.

Caribbean Pools provides excellent service in a timely manner, often scheduling service visits within a week and often sooner. Our pool ran into a myriad of issues throughout the season this year and I could always count on a prompt email response or phone call from Ruth. As a pool novice, I was happy to be able to speak with Paul who informed me of the ins and outs of maintaining a pool. Each time Jeremy came out to service the pool, he was professional, friendly, and efficient about his work. They even delivered accessories/chemicals when they came out for service calls, which was convenient and saved a trip to the shop.
