The staff was prompt and courteous and I got to my appointment right on time. The doctor was thorough and had a great bedside manner and explained to me what he was going at each step.

RUDE. I simply called to make an appointment and was given an attitude from the second the phone was picked up. I was a returning client, but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

The Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The Medical assistant I had to endure, was pompous, rude and argumentative. The medical assitant's attitude made me distrust her. She seemed like she would be vindictive enough to hurt me medically out of spite. I dont believe she would have had my best interest at heart. Based on this I left without being seen by the physician. The front desk staff were appologetic and kind as I was leaving. They gave me a refund without issue and asked me to call back if there were any issues with the refund. While I did not see the physician, the fact that they did not inquire why a new patient would leave without being seen leads me to believe they are similar in demeanor to the medical assistant. Go somewhere else.

It seems that they look at you as money signs ($$) when you walk in the door. Care was adequate I suppose, but can't believe how much it cost.

Dr Hou is excellent. She is clear and worked with me to find sensible solutions to my problems. The staff at the practice both at the front desk and the assistants were great too. Can't recommend this place enough.

I saw Dr. Nehal Shah, but he didn't take the time to truly look at or listen to me, which is important if your skin doesn't react the way most people's skin tends to :( He was also quite condescending to me, which hurts because I'm showing up without makeup to a stranger so I'm already very uncomfortable, and he treated me like I must not know about how anything works.

I'm a new patient and the front office staff was very welcoming. I can't say enough about the care and attention given to me by Dr Shah and his staff during my visits and treatments I received. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.
