So, the girl who was helping you was named Melissa. It seems like there was a bit of miscommunication about the available locations. It's definitely important for customer service representatives to be aware of the availabilities and communicate them clearly. It can be frustrating when you find out later that the location you wanted is fully booked. It would be great if they could proactively provide that information instead of waiting for you to ask. Also, it's always helpful when customer service representatives follow up or call back instead of just hanging up. It shows that they care about resolving any issues or concerns. Poor service, poor quality, poor warranty which you have to pay for when every other place i've ever bought glasses from over the last 25 years includes the warranty. Huge waste of time and money....

I've been coming to this location for quite some time now, the girls specifically big red at the front is really poor with the service. I don't know what happen to the previous folks but the opticians now seems to lack any knowledge and just feels straight-up fake. The doctors are great and to the point they don't waste time. That's why this location gets two stars. For lack of a better word, I feel as if I don't trust their opinion anymore.
