My first experience with Thompson Services was a very good one! Bobby showed on time and got right to work. He had the right equipment and knew exactly what needed to be done. Within about an hour he had finished up and we finished up the project and I signed up for an annual contract that covers water heater, air conditioning and furnace check ups and maintenance to keep them all running their best.

I called Thompson to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The young man who arrived at exactly the scheduled time was skilled and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. I was impressed enough to purchase a preventive maintenance contract with Thompson.

Leo, Kaden and Brock changed our furnace and air conditioning unit Friday. They were professional, courteous, and helpful. They explained what they were going to do before they did it. Our attic space isn't very big and they worked around it, taking the old furnace out, and installing the new furnace.Monday Leo came and cleaned our ducts for our house. Leo did a fantastic job and was very thorough and careful. Thanks
