Gilbert Plumbing installed dual 50-gallon water heaters to replace my old failing 40 gallon unit. When my old unit began leaking, I needed urgent help. Gilbert Plumbing was responsive to me and quickly put me on the schedule. I am an obsessive person and can be quite picky in how jobs get done. Gilbert Plumbing was accommodating to my eccentric requests even though the job became more complex. The job ended up looking neat, tidy, and top quality. Due to my obsessive nature, I am very particular of who I hire to do jobs in my home. I can become quickly critical when they cut corners or give half effort. Lance has always been great to work with. He's considerate of your time, responsive when you call, and try's his best to fit you in as soon as he can. He is always within a reasonable amount of what he quotes for the work upfront. I've never had a problem with his work. He is honest with his work and doesn't waste your time or money.
