HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I really cannot say enough good things about Krisen and her Fix Pilates Studio. Krisen is highly talented and amazing at what she does helping realign posture, strength, flexibility. I worked with Krisen on varies custom programs after my 3rd baby and she really helped me get strong and lean in a way I had not been able to get with traditional exercise and workouts. The studio is such a serene and peaceful retreat. Thank you Krisen for all your help!
BEST PILATES STUDIO IN ST.GEORGE! Krisen is highly talented in body mechanics, movement, and pilates. She helped me after my 3rd child was born with custom programs. The studio is so affordable and is such a great serene and peaceful place to go. Shes often booked up so if this is a place you want to go, call weeks in advance to reserve with Krisen!
