Sateki was great. Pleasant to work with and very efficient. He was clear in his explanation of our new hot water heater and cleaned up after leaving nothing behind. Highly recommend him .
Excellent communication! Let me know when to expect them and as a property owner who lives out of town called to talk to me before and after the water softener was installed. Also sent me pics when it was done. Very impressed! Professional service and would use again and recommend.
