They answered the phone fast, worked with my schedule to get a tech out, arrived when they said they would, knew exactly what the issue was, got the parts and came back within an hour and fixed it same day. Maybe I could have done it cheaper but I couldn't have done it faster or less stress. Would definitely call again and replace the sticker on my water heater with these guys instead of the ones who originally installed it.
