We had Mike come and called on a holiday weekend and he was there very fast and the communication was awesome. His service was GREAT and he was fast and cleaned up the mess after. He was also very kind and helpful to show me the cause and ways to make sure this doesn’t happen again

Oh my GOSH! I called Discount Plumbing Friday morning around 10:00 as there was water spraying by the water heater. The girl answering the phone was so pleasant and said the repairman would call and be there around 2. REALLY! We were so grateful. Mike Phillips, the technician showed up. He was very pleasant and friendly. He went right to work and had the work done in no time at all. Plus he checked a couple of other issues we had questions about. We liked him a lot! For sure we would call them again. We give them a 10!

I’ve got to give a shoutout to Discount Plumbing. We had a sink clog that another plumber couldn’t fix, and they told us to call Discount Plumbing—seems like they’re the ones even other plumbers trust. Nate came out first to take a look. He’s been plumbing for over 35 years and definitely knows his stuff. Then Josh, the owner, stopped by to assess the situation. We ended up needing to replace about 40 feet of old cast-iron pipe. Josh was upfront about what was needed and didn’t mind me jumping in to handle some of the easier parts. It saved me some money and made their job a bit smoother too.
