My new favorite carpet cleaning company in St. George, Utah. So glad I called Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning. Stains did not come back and carpet smells great. It is also soft not crunchy like the last carpet cleaning I had done by another professional service, I am excited to have my tile and grout cleaned next. Tyler cleaned a small area of tile to show me what my floor should look like after a steam cleaning. So exited. 5 stars for sure.
Last week, on December 23rd, I reached out Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning to arrange for our carpets to be cleaned at our townhome on St. George. Tyler responded within an hour...on a Friday night going into a holiday weekend. We exchanged a couple of messages and made arrangements for the carpets to be cleaned a few days later when we planned to be in town. Our plans changed, but Tyler was accommodating and still cleaned the carpets, even though we weren't there. He communicated clearly and promptly, arrived when he said he would, and completed the job. We were very pleased with the quick and and complete explanation from Tyler of all the work that he would do and the cost for each item. He had to reschedule our first appointment due to equipment problems. He contacted us immediately and offered to do an extra service we had asked about. He did a remarkable job our carpets and stairs. The carpet looks new again and in addition to looking good it also feels soft like new carpet again. We will definitely call him again.
