Scenthound is truly wonderful. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. We chose to do a monthly service, so our pup can have a spa day once a month. Dogs deserve to be cared for also. We scheduled a monthly service for our pup to have their teeth cleaned, fur back combed and nails taken care of.

Friendly staff, and I appreciated the detailed status updates for how my dog was doing overall. She looks great, and time will tell how much the de-shedding treatment helped but I can already tell that there is way less loose hair.
Quick and efficient service. Making the appointment was confusing. It was made and everything was finalized. I then started getting calls, emails, and texts. They were asking the same question I had already answered.
Poor communication from the corporate side to the franchisee.
