Dr. Diaz and her nurse were excellent. They deserve 5 stars! I have a complaint about their 2 receptionists. I left and went to get my prescription filled. After waiting 15 minutes each of the 2 times I called, I decided to just drive back to Dr. Diaz’s office. No receptionist was there and.there had NO Cover Service to help know what was the problem. The very helpful nurse both sent a reminder to the doctor to “sign” the prescription. (She was at a training.) Also, she helped me to make my follow up appointment. Dr Pho is the best! She has done so many skin cancer removals on me and every time I am in her office , she and her staff are great! Would not go to any other dermatologist again!
